Why is the Average person depressed in today's world?

It has been a minute since I have posted a blog so I am gonna put some extra love into this one today.

The average person today is depressed, why? No goals, no ambition, just living life on easy mode.

Well, an easy life leads to a hard life later down the line. Most Gen Zs and Millennials pick the cheap easy dopamine over delayed gratification.

Cheap dopamine leads you to a life full of regret. I have been there personally, I used to sit all day long, smoke weed, and play video games. That life is extremely unfulfilling and full of sadness. The worst part is, is that you don't realize it until you are so far down in the ditch that there isn't an easy way out. But that is the beauty of rock bottom, the only way is up.

The average person today has some type of crutch that gets them through today, for me it used to be weed, for others it can be vapes, alcohol, other hard drugs, and that shit can consume your entire life.

Everyone is depressed because they have no purpose, no passion for anything. They wake up late, scroll on Tik Tok, get up, go to work, come home, eat junk food, watch Netflix and then go to bed, it is sad man.

Some people will say that the life we live in today is so great because we have the ability to do whatever we want, but with that freedom comes the idea that most people are allowed to sit all day and do nothing and sit on their phone and stare. Their brain is possessed by their phones and put on "bot' mode

The term "bot" is memed by the internet but it is genuinely a real thing, most people act on a cycle like I described above, no purpose and zero ambition!


It is time you take your life back and start becoming someone real and authentic, stop being like everyone else, HAVE YOUR OWN OPINION, NOT THE OPINION THAT MAINSTREAM MEDIA GIVES YOU
