Consistently Good>Occasionally Great

I am not perfect by any means, the reason I started this movement is to help my friends, family, and even myself change our lives forever. I still struggle with things like scrolling on my phone too long and playing video games. I am 20 years old and I am not perfect and I never will be. I put an ungodly amount of pressure on myself to constantly be improving and constantly get better at what I do. I sometimes maybe put too much stress on myself and that leads me to have days where I do not do enough. I still struggle to constantly work hard 24/7, because again I am not perfect. This is only the beginning of who I am and only the beginning of this brand and this movement. I still yet understand the amount of sleepless nights I will be putting into this brand. I truly believe in my message head to toe and even if no one reads these blogs today, 10 years down the line I believe people will look back at these as the beginning of my journey. I believe that I am documenting my journey to becoming who I want to be. It is a long and difficult journey. The best part about my journey so far is seeing my boys and my family around me be inspired by what I do, it is my motivation to keep going everyday. I have people counting on me, and I will not let them down.

Be consistently good over being occasionally great, if you run 10 minutes a day 5 days a week instead of running for 30 minutes once a week, you will become a better runner. If you do 20 pushups a day every single day instead of doing 50 pushups in a day once a week, you will become a stronger individual. Stop overcomplicating it in your head, you know what you must do, get to work, write it down, make a plan, set short term and long term goals, have a daily checklist of shit you must do and do it. GET TO WORK BECAUSE TIME IS WASTING AND YOU ARE ONE SECOND CLOSER TO DYING!
